Good day all, This is my 1st scooter. My buddy gave me his 08 Roketa MC-54-250B that he and his sons learned to ride on. It has 750 miles on it and had been sitting for 3 years in the shed. Great condition but needed a battery and won't turn over. I bought the new battery and you can hear the cellinoid (or however you spell it) click but no turn over. I just ordered both of them but am trying to find a video on how to replace the starter. Any suggestions? Thanks from the newbie!
