I was gifted a Roketa Bali 250 mc-13.
1st. Question - What size fuse should the main fuse be at the battery?
2nd Question - Did these scooters come stock with a radio under the seat? I have one that looks like it may have been added aftermarket.
3rd and main Question - The scooter is completely dead - no power - I replaced the main fuse at the battery with a 15 amp fuse and lights came on and it turned over for a couple seconds and then the main 15 amp fuse blew. Any ideas on what would cause this? I am looking for easy tips to look at before I completely tear it apart.
