I have the above bike only 300 miles on it was purchased new in 2014. Just Put in new battery new spark plug bike still won’t start. I tried to kickstart it, won’t start. I checked fuel pump appears okay. Any advice? Also the owners manual that came with bike stinks. Is there a fuel on/off valve on this bike?

Fuel, air, spark. Also check that the kill switch is not turned off.
