Need Help! Hard to start and won't stay running By jk (Read 420 times)

Newbie here so be easy.

I recently bought a non- running taotao 50 2015 model. This is a list of everything I have done so far.
New gas tank
New gas lines and vacuum lines
New carberator
New airbox
New cdi
New battery but it keeps getting low trying to start it
New peacock
Fresh gas
New spark plug. It gets spark. Did that test

I eventually got it to start and it ran for bout 10 or 15 minutes idling. Once I tried to ride it it died. I couldn't get it back started until just now again and it idled for a while but did same thing once I tried to go for a ride.

I have adjusted valves intake .003 and exhaust .004. And fuel mixture screw is set at about 2.5 turns counter clockwise after all the way clockwise....

Can anyone help??? Trying to not have to take it to a shop and get ripped off

I've read that sometimes the coil will get hot and quit working properly. Seeing how you've replaced other the CDI you may want to look at trying a new coil.
