Hello!
Hoping to get some advice ASAP on my Buddy!
I've been riding this scooter as a commuter for four years. Over the past year and a half, it has been periodically difficult to start up. On one occasion, it just refused to start (but started a few days later). I used to blame cold temperatures or battery-connection because they did seem to affect it's ability to start up. However, about a week ago, in the middle of summer, I drove it to work but when I had to go home, I couldn't get it to start up again. So, now I'm just confused and not sure what to try next...
Last year, we replaced the starter. The battery is about two years old. I had an electrician check out the wiring and the battery a couple months ago and he said it was all clean. The scooter rarely sits idle for long periods of time, except in the winter for a couple months.
Right now, it cranks fine but will not start up. It tries really hard initially, and then gradually gets weaker. I live in a small town that has no scooter experts around. Anyone have any ideas?

I'd look at the autochoke/enricher and see if that may be causing the issue. Will it start if you choke it by hand? This video shows how: Testing enricher on scooter

It is to my knowledge that it does not have a choke because it is fuel-injected.
