TaoTao Blade 50cc Scooter will run but won’t accelerate

I put some fuel that had water in it in my 2018 TaoTao Blade50 scooter. Now when I try to accelerate it dies on me. I’ve drained the fuel out, changed my fuel filter, fuel lines, and now it will start and idle but when I try to accelerate it dies on me. What do I need to do to fix my problem? Somebody please help me out!!
