I don't know how to post a pic.

I just bought a 2016 tao tao 150cc.

It has a clean title but missing key. I opened it up to hotwire it and noticed a second wire harness with several wires but only 1 jumper wire in it and nothing else plugged in.

Hard to tell without visuals, but it sounds like an "optional" plug used for alarm systems (most scooters have them)!
