Here’s a mysterious one. Brand new ICEBEAR HAWKEYE Scooter 150 cc with Calif emmisions. First start, starts immediately.
Scooter runs great. drive 1 mile, shutoff with key, won’t restart. Jar the scooter over a curb, starts right up. I have vented fuel tank to atmosphere with no difference. I’m thinking carb , but it doesn’t even try to fire until scooter is bounced hard.
Any ideas?

Ever get this fixed?? My thoughts would be fuel. Carb issue. Or pinched line for air or fuel.

Start checking electrical connections. Possibly a plug isn't completely tight enough and shaking the scooter might just helps bring it together.
