This bike has been sitting for 10 years and there was water in the cylinder head and the oil was very milky. I took the head out and replaced the rings and put everything back on and it has perfect compression. I’ve replaced the following; New carb New head New pet cock New cdi New piston rings Has spark plug with spark Has good fuel Has good compression Replaced oil Correctly adjusted the valves at .04 at top dead center
The bike starts like perfectly but it has no power, it bogs when I give it throttle and don’t go. The motor blows white smoke out the exhaust when i give it gas. I also noticed that the motor runs a little Better but still bogs horribly when I disconnect the air filter on the carb. I have no idea what else can be the problem. I’ve adjusted the air / fuel ratio 3 turns out and adjusted more and had the same result.

Either you have a clogged jet in the carburetor or a cracked intake manifold, broken vacuum line or a clogged gas vent in the tank or gas cap.It sounds like you have a massive lean condition going on. Spray WD-40 on the carburetor and intake manifold. If the engine picks up speed you have found the problem.
