Hello new here. i have an icebear 2021 150cc worked fine then rained and got really cold to single digits now i cant get it to start at all sometimes it will click then just making like an airflow sound, then grind once in a while. i have gotten it to start maybe once a day after 20 mins of trying short bursts usually kills my battery but using a jumpstart pack i have gotten it. kick start i havent gotten it to work. after i get it started it idles fine and i can go into a gas station for like 20 mins keep it off then it will have a tiny bit of trouble turning back on but still starts. but left longer than an hour goes back to same problem. when staring it will usally just click then make an air sound but get lucky sometimes and it almost turns on and very lucky it will turn on. just wondering any thoughts on what it could be. i feel like its not the battery maybe the starter? any sugestions would be helpful thanks.
