My 250cc scooter is overheating I put a new thermostat housing with the new thermostat in it.. which i have done before but it did not take care of the problem. In the mornings when it's cool it stays about a quarter of the way before cold once it warms up and takes the antifreeze from the overflow bottle it cools back down but then once it warms back up it never cools back down again. It's not leaking antifreeze anywhere, there's no smoke anything like that the engine runs normal, but when it gets warm or hot it starts bogging like it's not getting gas for a little bit then it kicks back in but then it does the same thing when I leave a stoplight it'll bog like it's getting too much gas or not getting enough gas and then it kicks back in and run normal.. but then again as it's running hot it cools off about a little above halfway

But every time I leave a light it bogs again like it's not getting gas
