I am not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, but anyone with a newer MAC can create a calendar in iphoto and have it made. You pay for it on-line, then it is created to your design and sent to you in the mail. I would think at this point you could take it to a copy company or such and have it duplicated. Hope this helps.
