hmmmm, i know ya'll eager to read my suggestion..lol

ey, since this is one solid forum! where we are like a family(and i'm the youngest).,why don't we create something like a Calendar for 2011 where in we post pictures of us sitting on our scooters. there will be 12 pages,and each page probably would feature 5-6 scooters. depends on the preferred size.
..i'm thinking HOW we can do it. ..where and how to start it..any input?
any computer gurus here? what ya'll think ...spit it out fellows!!

this is just a suggestion,if it seems impossible to do,we can drop it..

As NOT photogenic as I am? You're brave. Actually, if you all want a picture of me I'm happy to provide it. I'm starting to get less camera shy. I figure if anyone can't figure out that I look pretty decent for 50 (in February), then they can just look at someone else.

Luke, I've got you beat if your profile age is right. LOL. I'll be turning 30 in January.

I'll give you a picture of the scoot..... but you won't get me on it. LOL, at least not until I'm back down to my fighting weight (I've got to lose about 40lbs).

We just had our Church directory photos taken a few weeks ago... I swear that camera added 50 lbs, because the guy in those pictures is not the guy I see in the mirror every morning. My wife even agreed.

I've got an alternative idea to the calender. How about a desktop wallpaper featuring pics of a different member's (or members') scooter(s) each month.

You think that's bad? My ex-husband saw a picture of me and begged me to stay away from cameras! No kidding. I have to agree with him, and with you. Some of us look huge in pictures no matter how big we really are. I do look better than that in real life (although I really am overweight).

Thank you. It does change things a bit, doesn't it? If people think I'm 40, then I don't look so good, but when they know I'm almost 50 they figure I look pretty good. Oh- and by the way-- I just confirmed with the boy next door that I really do look better in real life than I do in pictures.

Worried about the weight folks? Just use your picture editing software and squish em! Air brush those wrinkles and that gray hair away too!

Yes, but that's cheating! I'd rather everyone be pleasantly surprised if they happen to meet me later, rather than accusing me (rightfully) of fraud! I do sometimes color my hair, though. I get as close as I can to my natural color, to cover the gray.
