Big difference between a $38,000 plus Goldwing and a $5000 Ice bear. Besides with the Goldwing all the assembly and inspections are done for you. If you think they don't use locktite think again.

This one does not have a automatic lock up, there is a lever on the left handlebar

The top speed that was achieved at the warehouse test ride was 70MPH. Also there is a locking mechanism for the front wheels on the handlebar to keep the wheels stationary.

Talked with the warehouse yesterday, they have yet to uncrate the new trike. This will happen after the 1st of the year and their mechanics will give it a complete going over and let me know their findings.
Merry Christmas All

Well Ice Bear has come out with a new 300cc. They discontinued the Road Warrior and replaced it with a reverse trike. I have contacted Ice Bear to get some more information besides what they have listed on their page www.icebearatv.com/product/pst300-20The two main questions I want to know and I am sure that you guys will want to know is Does the machine or wheels tilt when steering and also is their claim of max speed being 85 MPH correct? My price is going to be $4795.00 with shipping included. More to come when China answers me

Direct from Ice Bear China, The reason for the tire change was for a softer ride. The rear diff was also made longer to add stability and make the tires center under the rear deck. The old wheels will fit the new style but not under the deck.

Putting a taller tire on the front will change the speedometer and odometer readings. The Speedo puck is driven off the front wheel and is electronic. There is nothing to adjust to compensate for tire size difference.
I can not address the tire and wheel change as I have not talked to Ice Bear about it yet. I heard a change was coming but didn't hear until now that it was incorporated.

I have been with Ice Bear since 2008 and I have yet to see a new trike with all 3 tires bad. I have seen some that were bad and Ice Bear replaced them under warranty with no issues.

My Icebear Zodiac 150cc trike has been a bad dream from day one.....Every day off from work I find myself underneath the darn thing fixing something....Everytime I order a part....it's not the right one. I am very inventive with massive fabrication skill and have made many design changes to accomodate. The main issues I am having now are 1. Gear oil leaks like Mount Vesuvias 2. The constant wobble which a tire shop guy told me was due to warped rear wheel rims......LOVELY After searching forever with no success, I ask you, fellow trikers, where in the world can I find to replace these puppies? The measurements are 270/30 14" Rapid Jim.....If possible...Call me 561-633-8443.....You have helped in the past The 300 Zodiac should be the same rear wheel, the tries are the same. The hitch is Ice Bear is out of stock on these. However, if you would like I could check about a special order. Call me if you like 715-825-3710 Jim
