Just wanted to let folks know what a great guy Jim is. He just got off the phone with my wife and it looks like a large problem we have is going to be worked out, this problem has nothing to do with Jim's business which makes it all the more important for everyone to know what a stand up guy Jim is. Whenever I need parts for my wife's Ice Bear,Jim is the only person I will deal with. I hope my statement will bring Rapid Repair much business. Thank You Jim.

I live in Georgia and Jim ,needless to say, is in Wisconsin,so close really did not matter.  |

I live in east TN and do business with Jim all the time. If I have trouble with parts or other tech problems he even works it out over phone.

There's a piston right there,,,never dealt with him myself but have seen and heard nothing but good from him,,,even to the point of helping people out with icebear machines they got from other dealers/sources
