Thanks Crawford.
I have been off line for a few days due to a computer crash and trying to get my info off my old drive.

The PST150-19 is no longer being sold by Ice Bear. If you notice on the link you provided it says back ordered.

Yeah I know they`re pretty slow LOL I weigh anywhere between 155 and 160lbs, and just hoping to get it to around 45mph Can you tell me where to start? I`ve been a gas, oil, and go kinda guy who will wrench little things, but nothing major. I tend to so send things to the shop. I was planning to getting this kit to start. Heck I dont even know if it`s the right stuff! LOL 52mm 105cc Big Bore Performance Kit A9 Cam CDI Carburetor GY6 50cc 139QMB 1P39QMThen maybe tires? That is a big BBK for a 50cc and i believe the case would need to be bored so that the jug will fit. Most slap in a 50bbk with no boring. The 52mm bore kit does not need case boring. I have done 2 (both kits from scrappy) and one was a slap and go the other, needed some sanding (80 grit) where the cases fit together because the fit was not perfect and had a lip.

Thanks guys Your opinions and advice are greatly appreciated. I did try calling Rapid Repair, but no one picked up. Although the price on their website is $200 more than Joyride, I`ll try RR again tomorrow. I worked a little with Joyridemotors today and they did not have the burgandy that I wanted, so I guess i`ll settle for blue which is pretty nice too. Sorry I didn't pick up when you called, however, my answering machine is on 24/7, if you had left a message I would have called you back. I am a bit confused about your comment about my website price being $200.00 more than the "tad bit over $2500.00" price quote from joy ride. My website shows a $1999.00 price tag on the Q6 including shipping within the Continental US. Now shipping to Hawaii would be additional shipping and full assembly and PDI would add to the price.

You also need to be careful when adjusting these carbs. They do not respond quickly when adjusting them. With the scooter on the center stand, start the scooter and let it warm up and set idle so the back wheel barely starts to turn. On the left side of the carb, adjust the air mixture screw ccw 1/4 of a turn and wait 20 seconds, if the RPM increases, then continue turning the screw ccw, 1/4 of a turn at a time waiting 20 seconds between turns until the idle decreases, then back the screw cw 1/8 of a turn. Then reset your idle screw so the back wheel barley starts to spin. If in the initial adjustment ccw, the idle dropped, then turn the screw cw 1/4 of a turn, waiting for 20 seconds between turns, repeating the above procedure turns until the idle drops, then turn ccw 1/8 of a turn, reset idle adjustment.

I have been saying this for years!!!!!!!!! There is absolutely nothing wrong with a Chinese scooter, just do a proper PDI from day one and maintain it and you will have many carefree miles and fun.
I still stand by my comments over the years, the Chinese scooters are the only ones you can have delivered in a crate right to your front door, YOU have the responsibility of Assembly and inspection, unlike others that the DEALER has that responsibility. Do a crappy job and you will have a crappy scooter! Do a great job and maintain it you will have a great scooter!

BUT BUT, how come the handlebars and wheel are pointing to the left and the two headlights are pointing straight ahead HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM The Headlights are attached to the battery box and always point forward, independent from the steering stem. Just like a hard mounted fairing on a motorcycle.

I will put it this way, if a customer came into my shop and offered me that scooter for that price, I would snap it up. I could part it out for more than that.

Thank you Olivertwisted for your kind words and feelings expressed/ Only in a country this great can people the likes of Hanoi jane that caused all the problems for the returning vets still walk the streets. (and the draft dodgers) I mustered out just as vietnam was in its infancy. The thought of those people still make me want to puke. The subject of Hanoi Jane (Jane Fonda for those who don't know), is still alive. I really doubt that any Vet will forget what she did, and this great Country should not forget. The same is true of Draft Dodgers that ran and then was given amnesty. When I went to the NCO Academy, we had a Retired Full Colonel (Vietnam Vet) as a guest speaker, he spoke quite abit about her, Draft Dodgers and protesters, he ended his speech with the words, That's one of the things we were fighting for, to give them the freedom to speak their minds.
