Okay people I've got a good one for every computer geek. I've got a Toshiba L505 laptop and the lcd screen has gone out of it and new one's I've found cost anywhere from $100-$200 and the cost of the machine is around 400 I payed for it a year ago and the warrentee is gone but I don't know if it would be worth buying a new one which I can afford in Feb after the holidays or replacing it? My idea is to wait till the new ipad2 comes out next year or buying something similar. IF there are any suggestions on what I should do here is what I need it for:
1 online college internet wife 100%
2 office
3 light games mainly online games farmville ect... anyone wants to be a neighbor send me a message...
4 used for netlfix sent to my set top box to Finally to h e double hockey sticks with cable.
finally nothing less than what I already have above I figured if I could use the other if its not worth slapping in a blue ray and using it as a home theater. my wifi is free without a limit and watching online show's and even some of the network shows I see and besides internet tv is only a few years away till it becomes a viable option. I have on order a boxee box but can return it now that I've got a laptop that isn't working right and can plug in to my tv. The hdmi cable is insanely cheap these days.
