Does anyone have a suggested video that shows from start to finish rebuilding a 50cc gy6 motor?

The problem with videos and lengthy procedures such as an engine rebuild are numerous. Much of the time is taken up by the mundane process of taking the bolts on and off, not great fodder for a video. This actually makes a pictorial such as a PDF a better format. Second, the process is dirty and as one that's made a few videos I can attest to the difficulty of operating an expensive camera while getting grease everywhere. Of course if you can find someone to run the camera while you're working you're all set but we won't go into that . Most "how to" videos are made by for profit websites and an engine rebuild is just not something they're going to make any money off of. So in answer to your question, I don't know of an engine rebuild video. However, within our engine tech section is the information to tear an engine apart and put it back together. It's just in piecemeal form and will take some time to put it all together. However, if you want to wade through it I would read through each of these:
