I have a cigarette lighter in my under seat bucket. I also have one in the front of the bike. What I want to do is run a wire from the front to the one in the under seat and just piggy back off it (so I dont have to run 2 separate wires to the battery. The under seat plug has 12g wire and a 10 amp blade fuse in it.
Will this work or will I burn down my scoot?
Thanks guys

i just want to clarify, ..is it really a cigarette lighter you want to install or just a 12volts outlet?
if it's a 12v outlet,i don't see any problem doing that type of connection..i see a lot of 12v connection with 3 outlet in one socket being sold @ wallmart etc...it should be ok.
now cigarette ligher is a different story...it needs higher higher amp wire and fuse..

one is enough. basically, the principle of the type of connection you want to do is the same as in the picture: ...this has only one fuse..
