Many of you may not know that the southern fried character Larry the Cable Guy in actually native Nebraskan Comedian Dan Whitney. I had the pleasure of catching a show on The Comedy Channel featuring Dan before he was Larry performing in a club. His show was extrememly funny, and extremely raunchy. I saw him interviewed before he was Larry and it was surreal to see him speaking with a heavy northern accent. Now he makes a point to always be in the Larry character whenever he's on camera. Rich

Yea but you have to admit that for the most part he's really funny and the "Blue Collar" guys are a ton of fun to watch. I've seen Ron at the fair and I couldn't believe how his "mouth" was allowed at the fair...lol and one of these days i'd really like to see larry aka dan someday.
