i haveno response yet so i took off my tail light cover and checked the bulb i think the base is the same

Most scoots use the 1157 base for the brake light. However, I don't think this style of LED is very bright. The strobe effect is a good idea, but the SMD type of LED is about the brightest taillight out there.

Sellers usually will response within 24 hours or so. So wait a couple of days.
Also google for it someone else may have it and have the dimensions in the description.
