When I am at a dead stop and get the green to go I head a vibration coming from the rear sounds like when your driving a stick shift in a truck and you don't add enough of gas with the throttle and you get that distinctive noise coming from the rear end. Could this be that I need a new belt cause its only a few months old.

Hey PJ, I've had a couple loose bolts on the muffler that were vibrating with the engine at idle making a noise like that. Try checking all of your bolts, maybe you'll get lucky. Rich

Could also be your CLutch is slipping and not grabbing it will make it vibrate as well. Mine did that and I popped the cvt off and raised the rear and it worked fine only happened when I put my 180# butt on it. Got a new Clutch and problem solved. Alleyoopl

Bash it does sound like the muffler could I start with the 2 bolts that bolt on to the underside of the motor cause I checked the one on the right hand side of it that holds it up and that one is tight i havent checked the underside one's yet is it a good idea just to go ahead and go over everything there is as far as bolts??

Yes, I would take the time to check all of the bolts including the motor mounts. It's a PITA but I've found some frightening loose bolts on my Peace scooters and they did have Loctite on them. When you use Loctite all of the metal parts must be completely free of dirt, grease, and oil. I use acetone as a cleaner but be careful if you use it, it's very toxic. Rich

Alleyoop, I think I"m having that clutch problem in my icebear 150 trike. Can ya point me to something on how to check/change it? It sounds like a popping noise and only happens when I'm sitting still/begining to accelerate from a stop. I looked and none of the sprockets or the chain is slipping.
