Wow, great link Cookees, I'm going to get that on the site as a reference. It looks like John at Valley Scooters has his own VIN designation if I'm reading that right. And where's yours Tom? Hmmmmmmm?

Some are actually what they call CONTRACT MANUFACTURERS, meaning the have there own Brand Like ROKETA but they do not build them they Contract a factory in China to build it for them.
That is why if you look them up it will show a ROKETA as manufactuer being in CA, giving ROKETAs Warehouse Address.
