Starts and rides great for about 30mins.Then dead in the water.Everything looks good.card,fuel,spark plug,petcock,ect.4500 miles.Could the seals be leaking air into the case and therfore not allowing enough air to be pulled threw the carb? Or dose this sound like a reed valve issue.Thank you for any help.

Man, the strokers are coming out of the exhaust cloud! I got a TGB manual for you that addresses the two stroke engine. I didn't see that it was specifically for your scooter but I'm sure most of it applies. You'll have to download traditional Chinese fonts when you open this file but it'll take you right to Adobe. It does indeed mention the seals in the crankcase as a possible problem that would cause your symptoms..very astute of you. There's a troubleshooting flow chart about halfway down the PDF but it made my brain hurt, maybe it'll help you though.
