The best little discontinued scooter ever. It’s been my personal scoot for the last year.
If you have a chance to pick up a CFMOTO eJewel…. jump on it! Dropped from the US line up in 2010, the eJewel was the red-headed stepchild of the 150cc class. Outsold by its big brothers, the EFI’ed Glory and eCharm, the eJewel just got lost in the shuffle. And that’s too bad, because in my opinion, it’s one of the best 150’s available in the US. MSRP was just $200 less than it’s digital counterparts, which is perhaps why it just never caught on. We went though 27 of them at closeout price of $1495, a grand off it’s MSRP. Great styling, carburetored water-cooled engine, this puppy handles like a dream and tops out near 70. Lose the rear box though, it rattles like a drum. Storage without the box is non-existent, but hey, that’s what bungee cords are for.

The Jewel really is a cool looking scooter, the canister muffler is a nice touch:
I'm curious Cookees, why the raised center floorboards like on the Glory?
Do they both have below boards tanks? The Charm (Pegasus) has a gravity feed allowing an open floor which I like:
[/img] I know some folks talk about WOT fuel starvation on their gravity feed scooter, but I've never run into that.
