do they use lawn mower wheels in front?,,does it have bearings?...looks cool tho....funny the guy on the video was swerving left and right, the car behind him overtake, thinking that the rider was drunk...ha ha ha!!, maybe the cager does not have insurance, he's staying away from trouble..LOL
