I can find vids all over for how to clean a carb, but none for how to remove it from a Chinese scooter ( 50cc ) and clean it . Does anyone know of any? Thanks

I haven't seen one either, but its pretty straight forward. 1. Disconnect the Fuel Line from the carb and lay it up somewhere so it does not drip out gas. 2. Disconnect any Vacumm hoses CONNECTED TO THE carb YOU MAY HAVE ONE. 3. Disconnect the Throttle Cable from the Carb 4. Loosen the Clamp holding the Carb to the INTAKE MANIFOLD. 5. Loosen the Clamp holding the Air Filter to the Carb. 6. If it has an ENROCHER(CHOKE) take the two screws out and pull the Enricher off.
Now take the Carb out. Alleyoop

Read what Alley said and then follow the video, you can't miss. Personally, I like to take the intake manifold off instead of messing with the front clamp but that's just me:
