Finally recieved my order from monsterGY6.com today I ordered the stuff back on the 10th of July and not only did it take way long getting here but I didn't get what I ordered in reguards to the rollers I paid for. I ordered a set of the NCY brand 12g. rollers which I got. I ordered a set of the NCY brand 13g rollers which I didn't get. Instead I got Prima Brand rollers which look to be the ones they sell for $11.50 but I was charged $16.00 for the set as if they were the NCY brand rollers. www.monstergy6.com/product_rollers.htmI ordered a UNI Filter which I got and a #120 jet which I got. I called 3 days ago to see why I hadn't got my order yet and was told it had taken so long because they had been on vacation..........but my order would be shipped out that same day that I called, it seems that it was shipped as I was told but I didn't get what I paid for. I'm very disapointed in what they seemed to have done by substituting a product and charging me for what I actually ordered. NOW.............If I am wrong about the Prima brand rollers being a cheaper lower quality product please someone correct me, but they look to me just like the standard black rollers that they list on their web site for $11.50, the finish on the rollers is dull and a bit rough, not at all like the finish on the NCY rollers..........., the reason I ordered the 12g & the 13g is because I wanted to have a total weight of 12.5g in my variator and I wanted matching rollers not 2 different kind with one being inferier to the other. First time I give monsterGY6 some business I get crapped on or so it seems. Sorry to rant a bit here but almost 2 freaking weeks and then I don't get what I ordered......! incuded here is a pic of what I got. Peace, Shan Attachments:

Whether they are on a par is not the issue, it's not what you ordered and I'd be upset too. Sustitutions in an order are inexcusable unless it says right on the site that they may do that. Steven is usually top notch and I would think he'll straighten it out for you. Sometimes he's easier to contact with e-mails, you might try that. When this shakes out you could post it on the Dealer Experiences board for all to see. Rich

Thank you Rich,
I hope I didnt sound to harsh in the post, but I feel slightly shafted on the deal because I wasn't given the option to decide if I was willing to settle for a substitution and the fact that I got charged $16 for what seems to be the rollers that they typically sell for $11.50, if I had wanted the the cheaper black rollers that's what I would have ordered, But I didn't want those because I already have some of those type and wanted the better quality rollers.
Yes...this was not a good first impression for me......
And yes I will post final outcome of this situation in the Dealer Experiences section.
Thanks for the heads up on that.
Peace, Shan

Steve contacted me today via email and said that he was very sorry for the mistake of sending me the Prima rollers and that he was getting the NCY rollers sent out right away........... no harm no foul.....!
Now that I see how they will make things right if they make a mistake, I will have no problem doing business with them from here on out, this was a good test and Steve passed with flying colors it seems.
Just wanted to let everyone know me and monstergy6.com are all good now as soon as I get those rollers, I am offering to send the Prima rollers back, I dont want anything for nothing, all I want is what I ordered.
Peace, Shan
PS: If you want to move all this over to Dealer Experiences, that will be just fine with me Rich.
