So, I'm tired of working on my 150. I swear it's one headache after another. I just want to take it to a shop, have them fix it all back right, and pay afew hundred just to be done with it. So, does anyone know of any shops in texas that will work on the roketa/icebears? the closer to waco the better.
Currently the air filter broke off, the thing still leaks oil, and I'm unsure if the popping axle issue ever got resolved. I tried putting the filter back on but no luck. Tried to start it and dead battery, hooked my jump starter to it and started it, ran for about a minute, then died. repeted attempts to start it run for 5 seconds or so then die.
Honestly it's been a long run of little things breaking that are just piling up. I miss riding it but I simply don't have the time to spend hours and hours not to mention the money to go hunting parts. Easier just to get someone to fix it all back right, pay a fee, and get back to riding.

Skytex, Don't bother putting on the Cheap Filter it came with. Just get a K&N Filter and tack it on. The Filter they come with is pretty much a Free Flow, I mean the Foam 2" diameter by 1/2 inch is pretty much nothing. So putting on a K&N you may just have to adjust the Fuel Ratio a little but not much.
As far as the Axle what is happening or what is it doing, does yours have a REVERSE or NO REVERSE?
Where is it leaking OIL?
It will be hard to find someone that knows how to work on the Axle on the Trikes UNLESS OF COURSE they sell them and are a B&M shop, then they may know something.
But I found here there is a BIG scooter store that sells nothing but china scoots and trikes and they have 2 so called mechanics. But they do not know squat about how to fix an Axle on any Trike even how to fix a backfireing.
They know how to replace parts but that's about it. Alleyoop

The axle hasn't made the noises since the last time I had the gear box apart. But then i've only ridden it maybe 80 miles since then. My insurance ran out and I haven't gotten it back until recently as it's been too hot to want to ride anyways. I'm not sure where it is leaking oil. I have a suspicion that it is where the carb goes into the block if that makes any sense but again, with me not being able to get it running, I can't tell. I ordered a K&N filter that should be here this week sometime. Once it gets here I'll see what happens.
