Hi Troops, Just want to give you my experience with Steven and his Company MonsterGY6.
I ordered some 12 Gram Rollers FROM ANOTHER PLACE NOT Monstergy6 they were HOCA rollers. I received them and weighed them. NONE of the rollers were 12 grams, 2 came in at 6 grams, 2 came in a 7 grams and 2 at 8 grams. I emailed them right away and they came back with get this:
" Dear buyer, They are mark 12 gram from the manufacture. Thank you"
Well I responded asking them if that was all I could expect as a resolution. I also mentioned that I belong to 3 Scooterforums and that each has a Dealer Experience Section for GOOD AND BAD DEALERS and OR PRODUCTS. And that the forums have over 15,000 members worldwide and that they can expect not a good review from me. I also told them I would open a dispute with PayPal(which I always use and I have always gotten refunded for anything that was not right). After that email they came back and sent me the address to return the rollers back and that they would verify by weighing the weights themself and if they were not as I mentioned they would keep the shipping charges and just refund me the cost of the rollers. I responded by all means please weigh them and then Let your Manufactuerer know that they are passing along rejects as quality rollers. Well 4 days later Paypal notified me that I had gotten a full refund(only good thing but it still cost me time, Stamps and Bubble Envelope to send the rollers back).
So I started to look around for some good quality rollers again. I Found NCY 12 GRAM ROLLERS ON MONSTERCY6.COM for a descent price. So I ordered a set and Added in their Comment section to please verify that are are indeed 12gram and told them of the bad set I just returned.
I Received the NCY 12 Gram Rollers from MONSTERCY6 and weighed them. EVERY SINGLE ONE IS RIGHT ON EACH are 12 Grams. Now that is quality I have gotten rollers and sliders and usually one or two are .1 off from the indicated weight. Example if 11grams one or two would weight in at 11.9.
So I want to thank Steven and His company MONSTERCY6.COM for a good experience and a great product. I have ordered other parts from MonsterCY6 and have always received the right product and not one single problem. IN MY BOOK AN A+. Alleyoop

LOL old buddy I weighed the rollers I got from Scrappy and they were dead on. That was months ago but after I did that, I wondered exactly what you wrote about! Not bad enough that one of us slups trying to make the bike be better, smoother, or more powerful gets bad results. Back in the day when I still worked I spent 3.5 hours getting a part for a school to have A/C for graduation. Once on the roof I pulled the old part, and took the new one out of the box. Wrong part! I learned then always check, trust no packaging! Oh rest of the old man story, Stayed for graduation ran A/C with a toothpick wedge to keep em cool rofl..
