I feel the biggest part of the electrical problems on the scooters is the wire size . I'm no fan of the thin grounds to the engine and frame to the battery . I also feel if the pos battery cable was thicker to the solinoid then to the starter , we would all be in a better place . Its funny the wires on the 7pin regulator are heavy like 12awg ,but the stator wires are like 16 or 18awg .

When I ran the power wire to the fuze block I also ran a 10 gauge ground wire to a wire terminal so I could ground the lights and other stuff there. Behind the fairing is cramped for space so instead of hunting for a good ground I made one.
