i have a Shanghai Schenke GY-6 150 cc-imported by Jonway
bought it with 61 miles on her off craigslist for $500
her name is Chrissy { after my best friend who died on Feb 12 '11}
she now has about 6,500 miles on her
shes great
always runs like a CHAMP
well after working out a few bugs

Hi Terrilee, I know you from that other forum. I am new here too and want to extend a welcome. I too have a 150 Jonway but it is, shall I say, not pretty. But it is a scooter and I love it ;D

Welcome Terrilee,
Good to have you on the forum. From what you said you take real good care of your scoot and do not abuse it. The scoots will last a long time if you just change the oils every 500-1000 miles and don't over-rev them all the time at wide open throttle. My Ice Bear Trike bought it back in march of 2009 runs like a champ as well, 8000 miles on it but I take care of it.
