Redrider, Rollers will change your RPMS by 500-600 per gram up or down. Sliders will change your RPMS by 200-350 per gram up or down.
So it depends at what RPMS you want to be running at WOT and keeping good speed. It also depends on the Variator as well and how the ramps are built. Some variators have steeper ramps to keep the gear ratio in the lower part of the face longer and require a little more rpms to get them up the ramps. In this case you want little heavier weights so your rpms do not have to be really high to get top end. If on the other hand the ramps are not to steep then you want a little lighter weights so you do not loose your low and mid range speeds because the weights will push out quicker out on the ramps.
If you like 12gram rollers you could go either way 11g Sliders or 13g Sliders. Remember 11g Sliders is like haveing 10g rollers 12gram Sliders is like having 11g rollers etc.. I would go with 13g Sliders if you want to match pretty close to the 12g rollers.
If you need a little more RPMS go with 1 gram lighter weights. If you need less rpms go with 1 gram heavier weights. Alleyoop
