No lubrication of any kind... might buy a decent set of weights, eg Dr. Pulley etc and clean the ramps you should be OK

They won't move as smoothly.
You should get Dr Pulley sliders. As they're already flat they tend to last longer and they have a slightly different acceleration profile. Some people claim their top end increases too. Depends on your particular setup.

Redrider, If your rollers have flat spots you will loose some top end , reason is now they do not push out the Variator out as much as when that part was round.
Now you found out that they do not roll out they just get pushed out. So getting SLIDERS which already have the Flat spot BUT the size are equal to the rollers you get a little better on the top end. Alleyoop

The ones from Scrappy are fine, but they are a no-name Taiwanese brand. I have had them in my scooter with no issues. I have no idea about longevity though. No direct experience (yet) on the longevity of Dr Pulley sliders but most people who have bought them claim they last longer.

Should I go ahead and get a new torque spring when I order the new weights? When I'm looking at the springs there is 1k,1.5k and 2k. Does that mean the scooter will start moving at 1k,1.5k or 2k rpms ,kinda like a stall torque convertor in a car ? The only reason I even took the new rollers out was to look when I had the clutch apart .Every once in a while I would hear a bump in the belt housing, when I would come to a stop .I knew the clutch pulley was binding . I took the clutch apart and the pulley had some rust in the sliding part where the pulley spreads apart .I got all the rust out and cleaned up it worked great .

Redrider, No, the 1k, 1.5K and 2k REPRESENT the ADDITIONAL RPMS needed to move the scoot. So if your scoot currently starts to move at say 2500 rpms if you put in the 1.5K your scoot will start to move around 3000-3500 rpms. I only recommend the 1000k which is very close to the OEM spring. Some OEM springs depending on the scoot are a little stronger than the 1000k and putting in the 1000k will lower the RPMS required to move the scoot.
I like it when the scoot starts to move a little over 2K mine starts to move at right around 2200-2300rpms.
In addition heaver spring will also wear out the belt quicker a lot of pressure is put on the belt. Alleyoop
