Can the handlebars be moved to align it with the front wheel?
They are off to the right about 1" or so when you going straight.

Thanks Terrilee, he just sent me pictures of the top and the handlebars are welded. So there is no adjustment up by the handlebars. Something is bent either the welded handlebar BARS or the tree. The shocks work great no binding.
