When I put my Roketa MC54 250B away for the winter last year I knew I needed to do 2 things this summer before starting to ride again. First I needed to adjust the carb neddle valve...you know the one....the one cleverly engineered under the carb that you can't get to. And secondly I needed to replace the battery.
This morning I pulled the carb off and check the adjustment and it was at exactly 2.5 turns from seat. So I increased it to 2.75 turns from seat and reinstalled the carb. Now for the battery. I hadn't bought a new battery yet but I have a ton of SLA and lifepo4 12v batteries from my electric bikes. So I decided to put one of the SLA 12v batteries in temporarily so I could test out the carb adjustment. That's when I had a brain fart and reversed the polarity. I attached the positive cable first followed by the negative cable. As soon as I touched the neg cable to the battery post I heard a click and the cable sparked but I didn't think anything of it and tightened the cable screw. I wanted to top off the charge so I connected my charger and it instantly indicated the reversed polarity. I corrected the polarity problem but the scooter is now dead in the water. I have no electrical power to anything. Not the radio, lights or starter. I checked the 15a fuse next to the battery and it check fine.
I am wondering if there is another fuse of something that has blown. I hope someone else has done this and knows exactly what to do. Or maybe has some good ideas what to check next.
HELP! PLEASE HELP!!
EDIT: Just in case I just installed a new 15a fuse located next to the battery and still nothing.

there is also a 20amp fuse located on the right side of the bike under the plastics near the muffler. or this is a repost from when I posted it on Scootdog:
the 20 amp fuse is located on the right side of the bike if your sitting on it...you can reach up under the plastic to get at it...look above the muffler and towards the oil dipstick and you should see the red wire reach in there and feel the little round solenoid...itll be in a little rubber boot and you should be able to pull the unit free from the boot and then access the fuse

I will look for it tonight. I hope you turn out to be my hero and I find it and it's blown. It has to have a fuse somewhere that powers everything on the bike (a main fuse). But wouldn't you think they would be smart enough to put all the fuses in the same place? No I guess not. thanks again.......

ohh yea attached to that area if I remember correctly is also a spot to put a spare fuse...i just keep spares in a baggy under the seat though :-) You are my new best friend........Yes that was it. I found it exactly where you said it would be. That's the starter selnoid. At first I found the 20a fuse in the rubber protection/mounting boot. I tested it and of course it tested good. Then I relized it was a spare and not the actual fuse in use. I found the actual fuse and it tested good on my meter but it sure looked burned so I replaced it. I connected the battery and the beast came to life. While I was there I tested my enricher because I've always had a cold start problem. I remover the enricher and stuck my finger in the hole and it popped off in 1 quick crank. Thanks again....Now all i have to do is get my stupid power washer running. It was running great and suddenly stopped. Restarted but stopped a minute later and that was the end of it. It has a very week spark so I'm guessing ether the plug or the spark generator (what ever you call it on these little B&G motors. Thanks again.......You turned out to be my hero after all ;D

If you have the bike I think you do, then you should find a fuse box next to the battery.
