Good grief, it'll do 70 MPH no problem due to this mill:
Nice looking Honda, not bad for $3,500.00:

Let's see Honda reliability, fit and finish and 70 mph?? All for $3500. Or Mystique, steel monocoque and 59 mph for $4500? Let's see what would I choose...hmmmmm, that's a tough one.

I have the 2010 110 cc Honda. It is the smoothest running scoot I have ever driven. It beats my 150, well it beat it; the 150 is dead now. The quality of Honda amazing. Are you gonna get that 150?

I was speaking hypothetically about buying a PCX over a Vespa. I just bought a 250 CF Moto at a fraction of the price of either. I personally think Honda has hit a home run with the PCX 150. It makes the SH-150i look ridiculous.
