I got my Tao ATM 150A on the road and am working out the glitches. I gassed it up for the first time while on the side stand. It was very hard to start and after full throttle tries it finally fired up. It was flooded. While adjusting the idle screw I put a short level on the carb and discovered that it was way off being level. About 20 degrees. It was tilted in the same direction as the tilt when on the side stand and thus the flooding. I loosened the clamps that hold it and leveled it up. No more problems. They missed this at quality control. Mac.

Welcome to the forum, Mac. Good find on your problem. That's the first time I've heard of that problem.
