Good that is smells from gas that is what I was hoping for. If it fouled by OIL then that is bad.
So go ahead and check for Flooding like I mention the VACUUM hose your Air Filter full of gas etc.. Then close the Fuel Ratio screw AND COUNT THE NUMBER OF TURNS it took to close and then only turn it out 1/2 of the turns it took to close. So if it took 3 turns to close open it only 1 1/2 and see if that helps. Alleyoop

I will in the morning, I am a pilot and I have a decent understanding of how 4 stroke engines work so I am quite sure that it is a fuel issue but I have no idea how to fix it. Once I close the mixture screw and reopen it I will get back to you. I should have some more info in the morning.
Thanks, Chris

Hello again,
I went to try and adjust the fuel to air mixture screw tonight and I was having a hard time because the frame of the bike was in the way and I didn't want to tear all of the plastic off again. While I was looking around I saw that the fuel filter was installed backwards from the factory. Once the engine was primed the bike fired right up and I suspect that could cause fuel flow issues. I tried to record the white smoke I was seeing before but once the bike was started and running for a while I couldn't see it any more. I'm not expecting that it is fixed 100% so I will reply back tomorrow after I drive it to the gas station and fill it up.
Thanks for all of your help, Chris
