Shanghai Shenke appears to be the manufacturer and not a specific model. You can access their website and 150cc page right here. Look on your scooter and see if there's some indentifying markings and numbers that will help identify your scooter. Yes it's true that manuals for a specific model are scarce and therefore we use generic manuals. Regardless of which scooter you ride, it's a standard GY6 scooter and the manuals will be applicable. Here's a decent owner manual that may help, and here is a owner/service manual. Scroll down on the forums main page and you'll see the manuals section. Click on any of the GY6 manuals and they should help with servicing your bike.

MYLLOYD, HI
You have a great scooter there. i also have a Shanghai Schenke Motorcycle Company LTD model SL15021B a 2008
Bashan is correct. Shanghai Schenke is a manufacturer for jonway
from personal experience and from others, i have determined this company seems to have cared about quality, more than any other chinese company. well except things like air/gas lines, which might have held up, but from everyone's opinion, i changed immediately .
i have had VERY few problems with mine. and the probs i had were my fault. like spraying tons of water near the stator / magneto to wash off salt from winter riding, and i killed the magneto.
i really don't think there is a specific manual for it, i have always just used generic ones.
i do have a link for my model for plastic parts took a year to find it, lol
but hope yours is as great as mine, it would be fantastic to have someone else praising Shanghai Schenke, instead of just me
