Ok so I gave everything gutted down. I put the piston and the two parts of the cylinder on.. BUT when I tighten the two super long screws that secure the two parts to the engine the side that dose'nt have screws opens a bit at the head and engine..... WHY? ? Engine is gy6 139qmb Ide even accept phone calls 571-316-4964

Yes exactly. Not to insult your intelligence but for future reference just so we're all on the same page the two parts are cylinder and head:
Now, for clarification the blue arrows in the below pic point to the little long screws you're talking about i.e.timing chain tunnel bolts.. However, the shafts you see pointed out by the purple arrows are the main retainers for the cylinder and head. The parts will rock if you tighten the timing chain tunnel bolts without the other bolts. (sorry Alley, I made these pics, I GOTTA use 'em! ):
You should hand tighten all of these six bolts and then work them down together as Alley descibed:
Here's a thread on assembling a GY6.

Thanx guys! Gunna try it tomorrow. At least my anxiety is down enough to sleep tonight. I'm sure thats where I went wrong. I was wondering why there were only two screws and on one side only. Now it makes sense. Will post results tomorrow. Thanx for the quick replies!

Ok so I got everything on fine. And I go to crank it up. And All I hear is the starter. No put puts like its trying to turn over. No puffs out the exhaust. Just the starter and fly wheel moving.
Now im back in panic mode.

Don't panic! Is it spinning free without compression or it just won't fire? Is the started engaging? Maybe it's just spinning but not catching.
Pull the valve cover and hit the starter. Make sure the cam and valves are working. Then check your valve gap and make sure it's correct. Just because they were correct before the build means nothing. A new cam and head can dramatically change things.
If a valve is too tight it will hold open and you won't have compression. The engine then just spins free when you hit the starter. A 50cc is around .002" on each valve, maybe a touch more on the exhaust.
If everything is OK with the valves then the spinning might be from a broken piston ring. THEN it would be time to panic.

John, He doesn't know either, I don't know either and I don't think anyone else does either. Would you trust someone to touch your scoot that says it is your ECI!! There is a saying: THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW, DO NOT KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW. Alleyoop

Could I have messed anything up by having them too tight and trying to start it? I herd the valves could bend, but its running pretty decent now. Now a big top speed difference but better acceleration.
