No gap at all! So no compression . the air was running straight through. I did an eyeball adjustment at first and it started no problem but with a lot of ticking. Then I got a feeler gauge and fixed it.

see? i toldya, im learning everyday here in scootdoc, Alley, next time ill show you the internal parts of the liquid cooled, ECI, fuel injected japan scoot, just so you know. lol Man, I gotta school ya all again?  ECI= electronic controlled ignition.  works in conjunction with the EFI= electronic fuel injection. ;D Roy |

The English speaking portion of the world refers to that as the TCI. (Transistor controlled ignition). Chalk it up to regional dialects, I guess. CZ |
