I have a question? I don't know how anyone can call a four speed, footshift, 17" wheeled, chain drive, rear brake pedaled, pressed steel framed thingy a scooter. Because it has leg shields? That would make every Bagger motorcycle with lowers a scooter. My Cub clone is the same thing without leg shields (ok and the clone is only 50cc) and I would hardly call it a scooter. At one time Triumph motorcycles, and Vincent too if I recall, built bikes with the same leg shields. The Symba, Flyscooter Scout and BMS Metro are great BIKES but hardly scooters. www.imcdb.org/i111893.jpgencarsglobe.com/photo/im/vincent-black-prince/10/
