Ok I guess its my turn to have a problem...no issues for a long time.
I was letting it warmup and when i went to leave it died. I have spark and fuel so what else could it be?
I have a flatside carb so no enricher and all electrics are working fine.

When was the last time you adjusted the valves? If you KNOW for sure the spark plug is firing while in the motor and fuel is BEING SUCKED out into the INTAKE then CHECK your compression and or adjust your valves. WHen you first take off you open up the throttle in your case it lifts the Slider and allows a lot of air in and not enoug fuel. So also check for big air leaks. Alleyoop

Those are good points Alley, they need to be checked. Hmm....so if the fuel is flowing, and you do have spark, that leaves compression. Valve hung? Head gasket? Just floating balloons but I'd run a compression and leak down just to get them off of the table.

Yea i did a valve adjustment today but killed the battery. I will let you know in the afternoon when it is charged. It really sucks since it has been running flawless for a few months. I guess its just time for something to break.

So i finally got around to messing with it today and I got it to start and idle fine. But after it warms up it dies. I changed the carb back to stock to see if it was the new carb but no luck.

Did you adjust the Valves? If you did then it sounds it is starting on the ENRICHER and once the ENRICHER cuts off no gas is being sucked out of the PILOT JET. Alleyoop

Yes the valves where adjusted on friday. When i have the flatside carb on (no enricher) i get the same thing. Maybe i should close up the valves more since it only happens when the motor gets warm.

It is the opposite BRO, they are probably to tight and when warm the EXHAUST and or the INTAKE are to tight and not seal and you loose compression. RE-CHECK your gauges bro or your adjusting them to tight. Alleyoop
