Need a little more information,
1. Won't CRANK( do you mean it turns over but will not start)? 2. Have you checked for SPARK A. Use the OLD SPARK PLUG that you took out and take the BOOT CAP off the plug on the motor LEAVE THE PLUG THAT is in the motor in. B. Stick the OLD PLUG into the BOOT CAP and hold the METAL Part of the PLUG on the MOTOR or VALVE COVER. C. Make sure the KILLSWITCH is on the RUN POSITION and hit the start button and see if the SPARK PLUG IS SPARKING. D. If it is Sparking then do the following:
Turn the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE SCREW clockwise until it stops do not force it just until it stops. Then turn the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE SCREW counter clockwise 2 1/2 turns. Try to start it. Get back on the above. Alleyoop

how i check for spark is to get my nieghbor to hold the plug wire while i crank the motor over if he jumps and yells then i know i have spark (really have done this)
