My blinkers and head light will not come on.. Someone mention that it may be the fuses.. Problem is, have NO IDEA where the fuses are.. I have the seat off and am looking.. Never mind finding something on line to help me.. Could it be the fuses?? Or something else??

Yes it could be the Fuses. The fuse box should be on the left side of the battery right along side where the seat opens up. You should see a little square cover with probably 1 screw holding it cover. Alleyoop

If there is a little box there I am sure that is the fuse box. On some they also put them in back by the tailights, you can see that under the seat at the back there is a panel held down by TWO screws or plastic push in screws you take those and pull the panel out to get at your taillights and the fuse box if it is there. And then on some it is in the GLOVE BOX. But yours DOES HAVE A FUSE BOX. The one that does NOT HAVE A FUSE BOX is the LINHAI HORIZONTAL motor. Alleyoop

justguy1 what you have pictured is the 20A main system fuse. The red arrow points to the fuse:
Here it is exposed:
The plastic connector is configured like this:
And Cookees "The Tool" is right, there's another fuse box in the glove box. This one actually looks like a fuse box:
Two 10As and two 5As:
Since you're having trouble with your lights you'll want to check this 10A that has the black/brown running to the light switch:
Here it is in the fuse box that I unplugged and removed from the glove box. The bottom arrow points to the black/brown wire:

Thank you BASHAN.. great illustrations and so extremely helpful.. this weekend going to check everything on here. time to take some things apart. Seems like they keep coming back on and going off.. So now im not sure if its the fuses or not or a loose wire.. read somewhere it can be the ignition switch as well. just need to check everything..

Ok, this is where I stand... I have checked all the fuses.. They all look good.. nothing blown.. Here is what is out... The blinkers, Just the main head light.. (the light next to the Head light is ON), and the Horn... The tail lights are ON, the parking stand light is on.... The speed odometer looks like its lights up.. but at night its a NO GO... you can see it.. when it during the day.. but not at night..
Bashan, the 20 amp that is by the battery is fine.. crazy thing is it reads 15 amps on the outside.. But since yours is 20 as well im guess that is supposed to be 20..
And even crazier, last week one day they came back on... But now nothing.. I took apart the battery thing i did and hooked it up directly and that was not the issue.. So im thoroughly confused now.. Lost even... The last thing I can think it might be is the ignition switch itself... And that would suck... I really don't want to take that whole thing apart... and replace that.. Ugg...
But still LOVE this scooter....

My 2009 CF Moto has the same problems. When I bought it with 600 miles on it, it had been sitting under the run off from a roof for over a year. When I wiggle the ignition switch it turns the lights on but when I hit a bump it dies. I figure its the switch. I was told most parts interchange with the real Honda Helix parts, but not the ignition switch. Anyone know if a helix switch will work on a cf moto fashion?

Take it apart and clean it,,, it'll most likely fire right up
