Wussup everyone Well I'm new to the forum again...lol I did create an account about a year ago but lost my login info but I'm back, I no longer have the shangai shenke but instead a TNG GRAND SPORT 150CC I was having problems but figured out it was just the light bulb I installed was to powerful so it blew the fuse after awhile. I'll be on here more often now that I have a bike again. The guys on here who are noted for having the knowledge of scooters,, ( my hat off to you) takes alot of patience & understanding the schematics of ones bike. THANX AGAIN.

Hey man, I'm sorry about your other thread, it just vaporized into cyberspace. I'll leave this one alone and maybe it will survive. Welcome to the forum and we'll try to help you out with your TNG.

Thanks Alleyoop. I got the bike going but now my high beams won't work, I'm getting all the power to the right spots on my voltmeter so now I'm thing it's the switch. I replaced with a h3 bulb just like the one I took out so only other option is the switch hopefully, there is a green wire hanging under my seat that isn't connected to anything could this be the problem or is it the dumper wire ?

OK, I found you doctors for a quick question or two. Have had a Verona 150 since 2006. Lived in Salt Lake and moved to TX in 2011. Verona ran fine for about a month. Altitude? Jetting? My "wrench" finally got the bike last week after sitting (stored properly) for a year+. Common complaint: starts great, idles great, runs well until hot then it's coolant running out, bogging down until cool as I sit by the road. Mikuni carb: model? We can't find it. Compression is good. Head gasket? I'm guessing TNG is out of business and parts cannot be found. Any thoughts or help will be appreciated. Mikuni and head is upside down? HELP, guys! P. S. This is a great scoot when running correctily.

Have you checked the Thermostat and see if it is opening up. Does it have a fan and is the fan coming on? Alleyoop

Haven't checked the thermostat, Alleyoop, but the fan seems to kick on, immediately, when it heats up and runs continually, even after shutting it down for the cooling stop. Thanks for the response/suggestion. I did find that TNG has morphed to another brand and they offer the Pacifica 150 as almost a direct copy of my Verona. The other TNG models are present, with a few modifications, as well. Mike
