So whats the solution to the belt hitting the bendix? I would just take it out, by my stupid cheap cvt cover cracked in a way that the kickstarter is not an option

You can take out the Performance Variator and put the OEM back on. The OEM Variator should not be that close to the Bendix. Alleyoop

Its the same size for 50cc. A little shorter in width front to back. I dont even know if its hitting it. I see scraped on curtain parts of the belt. Not a consistant line.

They have different size variators for the 50s take the cvt cover off and take a picture of the varitor and bendix. I will be able to tell if the belt is traveling up to the top and hitting it. Alleyoop Take a shot something like this from the back side to see the Variator and the BENDIX.

I don't know what caused the scrape in the belt, but its not getting worse. Wasn't that deep of a scrape. I replaced the belt and no problems ;D ....... For now
