From what some of the 50 guys say that CDI is garbage and they have taken them out. Ones that have an advanced timing you will notice the rpms rise at idle, and it will give the motor a tade more power. Reason it is now firing sooner and not waiting until the piston is at Top Dead Center or near the top of its stroke. Alleyoop
PM TVNACMAN he may have some and he tests them before shipping them out.

What weight rollers/sliders are in the variator ?
as Alley stated I do have a true advancing cdi , if you have a timing light you can see it advance at about 3000 rpm .

At the moment I have (3) 4G slider weights and (3) 6.3G stock rollers

sounds about 5g , what rpm are you maxing out at ?
