(complete noob, disclaimer) I have a 150 Gy6. Yesterday, she fell on her engine side accidentally.. I picked her right up and everything seemed fine. I actually drove her about a mile after the incident and everything was fine when I got home. I noticed when pulling in to the garage this cable protruding from the front tire. Then realized it was detached completely. I looked at the Gy6 manual and could not find where this cable goes...It's not the front brake cable. It's connected to the side of the tire in the picture. Not the side with the brake pad... Can someone please tell me where to screw this thing into? Thanks for your help and time in advance. Attachments:

That is your SPEEDO cable looks like it came off the HUB by the wheel. Alleyoop

Welcome to the forum. That looks like your speedometer cable. Here's a picture of where it attaches on my VIP50: In this case, you will also see the sender and magnet setup for my Sigma digital speedo which is attached to the mechanical (original) speedo cable. It looks like the cable pulled off the back of the speedometer itself. The end down near the wheel is most likely still attached OK. Here's a video showing the reattaching of the cable on a typical scoot:

Yes it looks like that end is the one that goes into the back of the SPEEDO up by the instrument panel and not by the wheel. Alleyoop

Not a problem, the longer you own a scoot you will get to know a lot of parts, what they do and where they go. Just remember no question is stupid and we do not treat them as such that is how people learn by asking questions. As you pick up the know how you will then in turn help others. Ride Safe Alleyoop

Glad we could help, scootnoob. The forum is here for this purpose. If you and others do not use us for any problems no matter how small, then our primary reason for existing is lost. Members like you make our day, so thanks for asking what you think might be a stupid question.
